Release of Liability Statement

By participating in any activities, events, or programs hosted by MODASE Inc. Drag Academy, hereafter referred to as "Drag Academy," I acknowledge and agree to the following:
 

1. I understand that participating in activities involving makeup application and walking in heels may involve certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, and injuries.

2. I acknowledge that despite reasonable precautions and safety measures taken by Drag Academy, accidents and injuries can still occur.

3. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in activities, events, or programs hosted by Drag Academy, including but not limited to any risks related to makeup application and walking in heels.

4. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Drag Academy, its instructors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in Drag Academy activities, events, or programs.

5. I understand that this release of liability is a binding legal document and that by signing it or participating in Drag Academy activities, events, or programs, I am waiving certain legal rights that I may otherwise have.

6. I acknowledge that I have read this release of liability statement carefully and understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.

7. I agree that this release of liability shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns.
    

I understand that this release of liability shall be effective and binding upon me for all current and future participation in Drag Academy activities, events, or programs.
